BWS File Manager provides an overview of your website pages and is the starting point to all your actions within BWS Lite. It lists and manages the files, folders and the installed Web Studio modules within your website. Here you can upload and manage multiple files (also in-house documentation) and enter for editing .htm and .html web pages.
BWS User Manager is used for the management of the users (content-editors) of your website. Here you can create new BWS users. There are three types of users: Normal Users, Administrators and Super Administrators. BWS User Manager provides user history and overview on the performed actions.
BWS Configuration is used by site Administrators for fine-tuning the parameters of your website’s functionalities (most parameters are set by default). Here you can set the starting page of your website, the e-mail “from” address for sending Newsletters and more.
BWS RTF Editor is a WYSIWYG Rich Text Format editing module for editing your website pages. It is quite similar to regular desktop programs like Microsoft Word® offering similar shortcut icons, which are therefore familiar and easy to work with. The Editor allows inserting of images via an easy drag and drop, offers the possibility of setting the title and key words of your website pages (for the search engines) and more. Some icons like the “full source editing” are restricted (not displayed), for security reasons, and are to be used by site administrators only.

MODULES
BWS Newsletters is a complete solution for the creation and management of newsletters. The Newsletters are edited with the BWS RTF Editor, thus using its full editing possibilities. There is also a “Publish on the Website” option.
BWS Statistics displays the number of visitors, page hits, total hits, fails and downloaded kilobytes. It also provides information on the hour zone, country of origin, IP addresses, search engines and other visitor’s information.
OPTIONAL MODULE
BWS Catalog is a flexible and easy to use and maintain product catalog. It offers the possibility of creating article categories with multiple sub-levels. Next to that you can set the title, the interface language, the currency and the color schemes of the catalog. You can also set the Left and Top Page Margins, the Size Properties for the Category Icons or Text Menu, the number of products to be displayed per row and the number of rows per page and more.
