Beotela Ltd. collects and uses your personal information when you subscribe to any of the Beotela Ltd. Newsletters, Forums, Guest Books, Chats, demo sites or if you submit your information to any forms. Please, keep in mind that if you directly disclose personal information through BWS Chats, BWS Forums or online Guest books, this information may be collected and used by others. Member Accounts
To demonstrate our product Beotela Web Studio (BWS) functionalities in the versions BWS Lite, BWS Professional and BWS Enterprise, Beotela Ltd. developed for your use demonstration (demo) websites.
In order to use those demo sites BWS requires you to open an account. You must complete the registration process by providing BWS with your current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You may choose to withdraw from any Beotela announcements at the registration process. You may choose to withdraw at any time from any Beotela announcements or any future communication.
At the registration process, you will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. Beotela will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
Forms
You may choose, on our web sites, to fill out registration, request, or other type of form with contact information that we may need. This information is used to send you the requested information, to contact you with other product information, and news or promotions. You may choose not to receive any further information from us at any time.
IP Addresses
We may use your IP address (this does not identify you, or your contact information) to help diagnose problems with our server or to gather broad demographic and statistical usage information.

You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Bulgaria in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Beotela Sites/Services. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Beotela as a result of this agreement or use of BWS Sites//Products/Services. You agree to indemnify and hold Beotela, its distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales and marketing agents, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on BWS Sites/Services.
